I am reaching back a number of years and so I can not give you the crystalline
information you need, but it may provide a clue which you can use.
 
The New York City Shakespeare Festival produced a performance of Twelfth Night
in Central Park which was filmed, I believe, by New York Public Television.
William Hurt played Oberon.
