A standard anthology for surveys of Renaissance literature used to be Rollins's
and Baker's *The Renaissance in England*. I don't know if it's still in print.
If later anthologies exist, they may be more responsive to marginal authors and
literature. On the other hand, the deficiencies of an older anthology can be
made up in part, at least, by having students read recent essays about the
Renaissance and its literature. A number of anthologies of essays like that
are available.
