Rollins & Baker was recently reprinted, but it is very hard to use
as a basic text because it is historical in orientation with lots
of snippets of material.

Does anyone know what this means?
 
"Double-jointed babies with springs between their legs to make
them go along."   All help will be acknowleged.   Thanks for what
