Subject: Comic Book Shakespeare
In my seminar on Text Transmission/Transformation, a student has taken a
particular interest in comic-book Shakespeare. Beyond the Classic
Comics version of HAMLET, does anyone know of more recent comic-book versions
of this play and where copies might be purchased.
Thanks,
Nick Clary

Subject: Occupied Germany
Recently, in our discussion of Shakespeare and Politics, mention was made
of the banning of Shakespeare in occupied Germany. I have been searching
for references to this event, ideally some kind of historical record of how
and by whom the decision was made, though any kind of reference would be
welcome. Can anyone help?
