Please forgive if this is a FAQ but several months ago I heard the tail-end of
a report on NPR about a computer analysis which had been done of the stylistic
qualities of the writing of the Earl of Oxford, F. Bacon, etc., the results of
which were that neither of these men could have written "Shakespeare's plays."
The study did not, of course, prove that the Bard in fact did.
 
Can anyone provide more info. on the study?  Has it been published?
