Robert F. Fleissner dealt with Dickinson's debt to Shakespeare in "Dickinson's
'Moor'" _Dickinson Studies_ 34 (1978) 7-12.

Perhaps _Shakespeare Newsletter_ would be interested in scholarly book reviews.
Many other journals also review this type of book - _Modern Language Review_,
_Hamlet Studies_, - of course _Shakespeare Quarterly_, and others.
