Subject: R2 Video
For a 12 year old smitten with Shakespeare in general, and Richard II in
particular:
Is there a decent videotape or laserdisc of Richard II available through
catalogue or some other source-seem to recall the BBC has put all the
plays or almost all on video.
Is there a decent audio version of the full play available anywhere.
Many thanks in advance,
harvey roy greenberg

J.L.Styan in his Shakespeare's Stagecraft, cites from Coleridge :'The
very nakedness of the stage was advantageous, - for the drama there
became something between recitation and a re-presentation.' Does anyone
out there know where it is quoted from?
Thanks in advance.
