Subject:        As You Like It

It has been suggested that one of the reasons that AYLI appearing when
it did was that The Rose had two successful "Robin Hood" plays in
repertory at the time.  Does anybody know of any other reference to a
resurgence of interest in the Robin Hood myth around 1599?
