I think H.R.Greenberg would be well advised to try
www.albermarle-london.com/rep.html, which will give him web links for
most of the 'classic' theatres, including the National, the RSC (both
Stratford and the Barbican), the New Globe, the Peter Hall Company and
others.

Regarding H. R. Greenberg's inquiry:

The RNT's excellent website, at <http://www.nt-online.org/home.html>,
currently provides a performance schedule only to 18 July.

Darren Dalglish's "London Theatre Guide-Online," at
<http://www.londontheatre.co.uk/>, offers London performance information
and schedules so far as they have been released; this site lists the
same RNT schedule, plus indication of a straight run of _Oklahoma!_ in
the Olivier through 5 September.

The Albemarle of London site
(<http://www.albemarle-london.com/news.html>) also offers general
information on London theatre and includes the same RNT schedule as that
found at London Theatre Guide, but also includes the RSC at
Stratford-upon-Avon schedule through 5 September (a branch of the RSC
will be on tour-leaving the Barbican in early May and not returning
until November).

The RSC's own page (<http://www.royal-shakespeare.co.uk/>) includes the
Stratford schedule through early September, outlines the American tour,
and is in process of constructing web pages for the U.K. tour site in
Newcastle and Plymouth. Best,

I'd just like to remind SHAKSPER members that full Shakespeare
performance listings, currently covering the UK and the USA - and, when
we can, Australia - are available for free on ArdenNet, including box
office telephone numbers where available. These listings stretch as far
as our information allows, and next month's update will include a full
set of the US summer festivals.

Additionally, we'd welcome details from anybody who has details of
Shakespeare performances that we haven't covered, anywhere in the world,
and we will post them as soon as we can - please email them to me at the
address below.

ArdenNet can be accessed via http://www.ardenshakespeare.com/ardennet/

Regards
Nick
