Subject: New from ArdenNet

The Shakespeare Websearch
There's now no need to spend any more time using AltaVista, Lycos or any
other internet search engine to look for Shakespearean materials on the
web. ArdenNet's new Shakespeare Websearch has indexed a selection of
high quality sites devoted to Shakespeare studies, and nothing else.
Currently the sites you can search include Early Modern Literary
Studies, Renaissance Forum, Internet Shakespeare Editions and
Renaissance Electronic Texts: we're already planning on adding more.

Other news
We also have a new "my favourite performance" from Caridad Svich,
resident playwright at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles - and,
naturally, all the listings of performances, books, organisations, and
conferences have been kept up-to-date.

Please contribute!
We're eager to hear from you, particularly if you have been to a
Shakespeare performance recently. Why not write up a review of that
performance - however you felt about it, and wherever you are in the
world - and share it over the web with over a thousand other like-minded
Shakespeareans? Or, if you have a favourite book or past performance you
would like to describe to others, please feel free to send me a brief

I hope that you find these new resources useful. ArdenNet can be found
