Since yesterday, others have offered help for student questions. I have
decided to pass everything on the Dale and let him decided how to use
those who have volunteered.

First, an apology; I used outdated material in the information I
supplied about Dale, who writes,

Thanks to everyone. I had no idea of the response I would get from
