Pretty disappointing choices, in my view. What's the point of an "all
male" Julius Caesar, which practically IS all-male-in cast, ambience,
and sensibility-to begin with? No fun there. I'm also less than
thrilled with Rylance casting himself as Cleopatra-an opportunity to do
something REALLY provocative sadly missed. Weren't Jaye Davidson or Ru
Paul available? Now THAT would have been worth seeing!
