Stephanie Hughes writes that Henri IV was brother of suitor who came
closest to marrying Elizabeth.  If she is referring to Alencon/Anjou as
that suitor, it would be correct to say that Henri IV was former
brother-in-law to that suitor through Henri's first marriage, that is,
to Margot Valois.
