Subject:        Internships

The Stella Adler Conservatory of Acting in New York City offers a summer
"Shakespeare Intensive" through New York University's Tisch School of
the Arts.  It is designed primarily for students looking for rigorous
conservatory training, so it does not offer the performance
opportunities a festival internship might.  Classes focus on skills
needed by classical performers: text, stage combat, etc.  Students who
