Would it be possible to post the following announcement?

                      King Saud University
                         College of Arts
                      Department of English
                       Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
             Faculty Positions Available starting Fall 2000

Five (very likely six) Positions are available at the assistant,
associate and full professor levels. Applicants are invited in the
following fields:

*English Language
1. A Ph.D. in rhetoric and composition, with emphasis on English for
specific purposes.

*English Literature
1. Renaissance and Shakespeare specialist (with expertise in Medieval
and/or 17th Century
Literature).

2. Eighteenth Century and adequate knowledge of the 19th British and
American Literature.

*Linguistics
1. Theoretical Linguistics (with particular emphasis on Modern theories
of Language).

2. (A sixth position will very likely be available soon in applied
linguistics.)

Ph. D. degree, teaching, and research experience required. All
