Well, if it is, he has the good taste not to mention it on his website

On the other hand, it was filmed in England and has some very talented
actors, so I'm afraid I can't rule out the possibility.

Actor's Equity makes sure that no two actors have the same name, but I'm
not sure that there is a similar arrangement for screenwriters and
playwrights.
