Subject:        Financial/Company Structure of Players

Dear Colleagues:

Has anyone information on the financial and company structure of
Elizabethan acting companies?

How were profits shared?

Who retained control of the productions?

How were duties, responsibilities and profits decided?

I am forming a professional acting company that will focus on
Elizabethan, Jacobean and Spanish Golden-Age plays, and would like to
pattern it after the classic style, if there is one.
