Subject:        Peer Cities Comparable to Ashland, Oregon

We're currently engaged in some transportation planning work for
Ashland, Oregon, and are attempting to identify some "peer" cities that
are extremely similar economically and demographically.  Can anyone
suggest other cities of a similar size (10,000-30,000) that are built
around Shakespeare festivals or similar large-scale cultural events?  In
Ashland, Shakespeare-related tourism and a small university are the main
industries, supplemented to some extent by outdoor-related tourism.  We
are attempting to identify other small cities with similar features,
anywhere in the anglophone world.
