Dear Jarrett Walker:  Of course there a re other towns and cities with
Shakespeare Festivals, but one that I can think of offhand that fits
your inquiry is Odessa, Texas, where Marjorie Morris founded a
Shakespeare Festival and raised money for a Globe theater "facsimile".
