At least some people seem think that Elizabeth was not only not a
virgin, but gave birth...  At http://www.sirbacon.org/toc.html, they
even have pictures.  Just like the Weekly World News.  It truly leaves
the head spinning.

I agree with Dana Shilling on Elizabeth's virginity.  She was too smart
to be successfully seduced-especially in an age when the penalty was
often death-and not the favorite Elizabethan metaphor for copulation.
