No, there is no mention of the Psalm 46 thing in Kipling's "Proofs of
Holy Writ." In that story, we watch Shakespeare and Jonson work on
Isaiah 60:1-3 and 19-20.
This story, which I do not believe was included in any of Kipling's
collections, can be found in the December 1965 number of The Kipling
Journal.
