Subject:        Query: Belleforest's Hamlet

I have some questions concerning Francois de Belleforest's Histoires
Tragiques:

1)  How successful was the book?  I mean, was it printed several times,
translated, widely read through Western Europe? Was it translated into
English in Shakespeare's times?

2) Is there a URL for Belleforest's version of Hamlet's story (in either
English or French)?

Any help will be welcome.
