Subject: Shakespeare electronica
While perusing my music catalogs for my main storefront, I came across
the following:
Various Artists - "Drop 5.1 - Shakespeare"
A new "liquid dance" adventure by Fofo DJ (aka Fabrizio Croce of
Militia).
Poetry and drum 'n' bass: an antiwar sonnet by William Shakespeare (read
by No-Man's Tim Bowness), subtle and mysterious, is woven into the sound
and rhythms of this album.
Rarities, re-mixes and unreleased cuts by.....Alesini and Andreoni,
Hector Zazou, Jansen - Brabieri, and a handful of others I don't
recognize.
It's on the Materiali Sonori label and will retail for $19.99 Canadian
in my store, probably around $25.99 at HMV, if they even get it.
I should have some copies in a few weeks. I'll let you know how it is.
