Subject:        Re: Call for Proposals for Shakespeare at Kalamazoo 2001

Just a suggestion for Shak Kalamazoo - and I am not qualified to do it,
but would love to see someone better have a really good go at it - what
effect the convolutions / distortions of our own contemporary anguish
about sexual identities have done to modern Shakespeare interpretation.
Either on stage or in academic teaching departments.
