Re the last point about Hamlet senior's demand for vengeance, the case
has been repeatedly made that the demand overrides judicial process as
well as violating divine law, hence is proof that the Ghost is in fact,
as Hamlet is warned, demonic in origin, not the genuine Old King Hamlet.
