Several years ago the Hartford Stage produced a simply luminous
Cymbeline.  I do not any longer have the program but believe the
director was Marc Lamos (spelling?)

The evil manipulators were as I recall, Italian, the honest folk
British...  the costumes assorted... the stage (it's a 3/4 round
environment, essentially) mostly bare.

Odd that I as I reach into my memory vault I remember little but
snapshot views of particular scenes.... but those memories are all
positive.
