Subject: Shakespeare Rocks
On last night's Rock 'n' Roll Jeopardy, the subject "Shakespeare Rocks"
showed up in the double jeopardy round. The questions were (as best as
I could jot them down):
200: In his 1960's hit "Are You Lonesome Tonight", he paraphrased a
line from As You Like It.
400: Elvis Costello and the Brodsky Quartet composed an album
inspired by fictional letters by this lover.
600: His 1987 album title "Nothing Like the Sun" is a quote from
sonnet 130
800: Marianne Faithfull played this character in the 1969 version of
Hamlet
1000: After leaving Bananarama, Siobhan Fahey formed this band with
Marcella Detroit.
Contact me off list if you need answers and don't have access to a
teenager.
