To Steve Sohmer:

I recommend Leah Marcus, Janel Mueller, and Mary Beth Rose, whose
collaborative edition, *Elizabeth 1: Collected Works*, was published in
September by Chicago.  Mueller in particular deals with Elizabeth's
correspondence.

I don't know how "genuine" it is, but G.B. Harrison "The Letters of
Queen Elizabeth I" published in 1981 was useful for a project I worked
on.
