The copies I have are in the following collections:

The Works of Francis Beaumont and John Fletcher, Volume III
Cambridge English Classics
Edited by Arnold Glover and A. R. Waller
Cambridge at the University Press, 1906

Typical Elizabethan Plays
by Contemporaries and Immediate Successors of Shakespeare,
Edited by Felix E. Schelling and Matthew W. Black,
New York: Harper and Brothers, 1926

It is also in Schelling's second edition of 1931. I don't know if it
was retained in the 1949 edition.
