A Florida court (its Supreme Court) says that there is no legal
impediment to recounting the votes.  Another Florida court (a lower
Court) says, Right on!, but we don't have to include those recounted
votes in the total.

Welcome to born-again Portia!  You have the right to take the pound of
flesh, but if you spill a drop of gore, you lose the election.
