Dear friends,

Somehow delayed I have now seen your question about shk.politics.

I quite agree with you, and I do not think there's a book which on top
of anything would be unnecessary. I do not think that Henri IV should be
studied from those perspectives. The text given by Shakespeare is simply
wonderful (2 Henry IV, above all) and that's it. There an interesting
book written in Spanish, I'm afraid, which throws light on Shakespeare
and politics, but bases on comedies rather than histories, written by
C.P
