Dear Professor Cook,
I am a student from Austria, doing some research on William
Shakespeare's The Tempest, or more precisely, I am looking for more
recent adaptations (esp. novels and drama). The main focus of my
analysis will be on the topic of colonialism.
So far, I have managed to find Aime Cesaire's A Tempest, Derek Walcott's
Water with Berries, and Marina Warner's novel Indigo.
I thought that maybe you -as an expert on Shakespeare- are familiar
with some other relevant works written in English over the last decades.
I might be grateful for any suggestions you put to me.
Yours sincerely,
Cornelia Leypold
