Good Greetings SHAKSPERIANS:

Could any one please offer some literary analysis on the following most
widely quoted statement on PEACE by Shakespeare?  "Peace, dear nurse of
arts, plenties, and joyful births." Also, does any work exist on this
statement. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
