Hi, Pat.

You might be able to reproduce the same effect by doing a full search on
ESTC.

By the way, Gervase Markham's The English Housewife is available in an
excellent edition by Michael Best of the University of Victoria. If
you'd like to actually try any of the recipes, a number have been
adapted by Betty and Sonia Zyvatkauskas, Eating Shakespeare: Recipes
and More from the Bard's Kitchen Toronto: Prentice-Hall Canada, 2000.
The ISBN is listed as 0-13-089452-4. If you can't find it through
Amazon, try www.chapters.ca or www.indigo.ca

Cheers,
Se
