If the Russian Gamlet discussed in the e-mail is the one with Innokenty
Smotkunovsky, your friend can probably find it in a Russian deli.  Yes,
deli.  Most of them have old videos for rent, usually of very poor
quality.   I saw this film at least 30 (!) years ago.  It's superb.
