Subject:        Playlist for Stratford 2001 Course

The Stratford (UK) 2001 Course from 17-23 June 2001, will include the
following plays: Hamlet (with the incomparable Sam West in the title
role--he of the brilliant Rich II last season); Twelfth Night (with Guy
Henry as Malvolio); King John (same Guy Henry as the King); Love in a
Wood (William Wycherly--The Country Wife); and Lieutenant of Inishmore,
a wicked black Irish comedy, I'm told. Thursday evening will be open, so
those who wish can pick up tickets to A Russian in the Woods, a new play
by Peter Whelan--The Herbal Bed. The price remains the same US$ 795
(double occupancy) and includes lodging, meals (breakfasts and 2
dinners), tickets, lectures, discussions, actor Q & A sessions, reading
privileges in the Shakespeare Trust library, and tours. It does not
