Well, if you didn't like CWSA by RSC, which I didn't much, despite a few
guffaws, you will detest "The History of the World, Abridged" (or
whatever the exact title is).  Both sent me home with a "why did I
bother" feeling.

Both seem to be very popular, but then so is "Forever Plaid".

I have gone to the PBS website, and searched all over, but am not able
to locate the date and time of the performance.  Any help would be
appreciated.

Does anyone have the date of the expected performance?  I can check
local listings for the time, but would like to be able to narrow the
search.

I agree with Tom's note about send-ups being roughly divisible into
those aimed at an audience that things the play to be meaningless
rubbish in the first place, and those which engage with the details of
the play and the sociology of play-going at a close level, but will have
to wait to actually see the thing before I comment further.
