American Theatre Web offers a great search engine for performances by
region.  All you have to do is select the region, and search by
Shakespeare.  (http://www.americantheaterweb.com/)

Festivals.com has a Shakespeare Festivals Section as well.

The Institute of Outdoor Drama has a listing by state, and a Shakespeare
Section with schedules. (http://www.unc.edu/depts/outdoor/dir/)
