Subject:        Scanners, non Shakespeare

Need scholarly computerly advice. Need to find the best possible scanner
with which to take hardcopies from my old computer working in wp 5.1,
scanning these essays from hard copy into my new machine which will
presumably be a PC working out of the latest windows/word format. Am
having trouble with 5.1 at this point in terms of other people with new
machines opening up my work. And obviously love WP 5.1. Your help
