Subject:        Macaulay Annotations

I'd be grateful if someone could tell me the present location of the
1778 edition of Shakespeare's plays annotated by Macaulay.

For the reference, see p. 16 of _Marginal Notes by Lord Macaulay_ ed.
Sir George Otto Trevelyan, London 1907 (the pagination of the New York
edition of the same year is different, I believe).
