Subject:        Books

I seem to have an unhealthy obsession with *Shakespeare Survey 54.*  For
the U.S., Amazon.com lists it with an October pub date.
Barnesandnoble.com has a December date.  Does anyone know the actual
U.S. publication date?

Also, there was a series of books recalling the shows at the Memorial
Theatre, four volumes from 1949 - 1959.  This was followed by a volume
about the RSC's first years.  Does anyone know if there were any books
prior to 1949?
