Matt, I doubt the man who implied the line was by Shakespeare, Chester
Gould of *Dick Tracy* infamy, was making a mistake. I suspect he knew
the source.
Thanks to all who answered on-list, and the over a dozen who wrote off
list. Your help was greatly appreciated.
