Subject: Honan's "Shakespeare: The Man"

Dear SHAKSPEReans:

I'm looking for the book which includes Park Honan's essay entitled
"Shakespeare the Man". I believe that the book in question is published
from Palgrave as I saw it at the BSA conference. But I can't remember
its title! (I didn't buy it because it was a hardcover copy.) I'm
usually very good at finding articles. But unfortunately, the MLA
bibliography and LION both failed to find Honan's essay. I've also
checked Palgrave's online catalogue, but its search engine does not
check the "contents" or "contributors". My university library doesn't
subscribe to the World Shakespeare Bibliography Online (though I've
heard that it may start to subscribe to the EEBO in the near future). I
also went to the Shakespeare Institute Library, but unfortunately, the
library was having a technical problem. I should be most grateful if any
SHAKSPERean can give me the title of the book which has the said essay.
