The Kozintsev may be available in the UK. I obtained a copy about five
years ago from
Hendring Limited,
Penthouse Suite,
8 Northfields Prospect,
Putney Bridge Road,
London SW183PE.
If that has gone the way of all flesh, you might ask the British Film
Institute:
BFI Video Publications,
10a Stephen Mews,
London W1P OAX.
Getting a list from them would be worthwhile anyway. They've released a
remarkable video of "Silent Shakespeare".
