Stewart Manger states (Re. model answers):

[...every examiner and teacher in the game knows many of these sites...]

Indeed they do. Private Eye (postings passim) reports that many sites
have been banned by education establishments so demand from pupils has
fallen.  Private demand from staff has increased.

I offer no explanation as to why this would be.
