May I add to Eva's plea? I emailed John off list with an identical
request, but obviously I'm not the only one who is keen to see the

Apart from info on Dench, I regard Lahr's writing very highly. He has
written extensively about Australia's very own culturo/theatrical icon
(the formerly known as Dame) Edna Everage, whose creator, Barry
Humphries, got his professional acting career off to a rousing start
playing Orsino to Zo
