Assuming that the Keble rumour is a variant of / connected to the
Bicester Boy story, it might be worth Christopher Paul's while to look
at Bram Stoker's Famous Impostors, which has a fairly detailed account
of that. I don't remember whether Keble was mentioned, but it might be
worth a try.
