Dear SHAKSPEReans,

1. I will begin, when I get the chance, compiling a set of guidelines
for SHAKSPER.

2. Until I have run them past the SHAKSPER Advisory Board and put them
in place, I will be acting more aggressively than I have in moderating
what is sent to the members.
