Subject: Angles/Cuts in Julius Caesar

Good evening,

I am soon to be involved with a production of Julius Caesar at a nearby
theatre, and the time has arisen for the text to be cut. If anyone has
any good ideas of where we could cut the text - whether it be full
characters, scenes, or chunks from scenes, they would be much
appreciated (and probably used in the performance). I would be
especially interested to see an already cut script that has been used in
a performance to good or bad effect.

Also if anyone has any brilliant ideas about modernising the play, or
changing settings for particular scenes, I would be equally as
interested to read them, and to try and incorporate them into the
production.
