Subject: Performances of Lyly

I asked David Bevington, an editor of the Revels Lyly, about
performances of Lyly's *Gallathea*. He referred to G. H. Hunter's
Revels edition, "page 21, listing the 4 revivals George is aware of.
There's one listed in 1994 that qualifies as 'recently', and another in
1995. Before that, 1905 and 1979. Well, then he mentions another in
France in 1998." No one is likely to know more than Hunter on this
question.
